Marilyn Brathwaite


Marilyn has a wealth of international business experience and she spent 17 years working for a multi-national corporation in both the UK & Ireland and EMEA. There she managed a P&L in excess of US$500M, in-depth knowledge of contract management and systems, SOX corporate governance and financial disclosure. For the last six years, Marilyn has been working with owners of international business and wealth structures, establishing trusts, trust companies, and internet marketing companies, assisting them in managing their international sales and operations.

Marilyn works with a number of customized solutions for an array of international clients.

Fabian Reid

Managing Director

Fabian is an international entrepreneur with global sales and business development experience and track record.

Currently Fabian is based in Miami and is heavily involved in building his sales and marketing collaborative that spans the Caribbean, Latin America and Europe.  He is consulting with businesses in UK involved in gold mining and UK real estate ventures raising capital from international private placements.  His current focus also includes working with entrepreneurs driving their digital sales and marketing strategies global utilizing strategic branding and the fundamental premise of “place”.

Also driving the utilization of data and predictive analytics to optimize placement of branding in key target markets across Caribbean and Latin America. Over the last twenty years Fabian has presented to over 250,000 people across more than thirty countries.  In order to continue with delivering compelling propositions during COVID Fabian has invested over US/30K in media equipment to ensure that his digital conferences and presentation remain just as cutting edge as in person. His book is currently with publishers and will be published in 2021. Fabian is a keen golfer and has maintained his edge at the driving range and golf courses close to his home in 2020.

Fabian’s journey begin in Barbados where he was born and went to school. His first foray into the commercial world was business development for a Caribbean automotive distribution company . After retiring from employment Fabian began building an international networking collaborative business and moved to Dominican Republic for thirteen years.  When the Dominican Republic government embarked on a policy of currency devaluation, Fabian and his wife, a cardiac surgeon, moved to Miami so as to continue their long-term wealth building and accumulating strategy.

Rianna Holas

Private Client Advisor

Rianna Holas is an international private client advisor who is passionate about the global wealth management and luxury services industry. Rianna uses her skills and experience to provide a superior level of service, particularly for families in Latin America who require a scope of international tax, financial, trust and corporate management services.

For the last three years, Rianna worked with a number of clients to deliver both corporate and customer services customized to each client’s requirement or compliant structure, whilst providing Directorial Services when required.

Rianna has a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). She is currently undertaking a series of STEP qualifications to enhance her wealth management and skills platform and will increase her involvement in the STEP Barbados branch through working with the executive members to increase the awareness of the branch.

Raquel Abreu Nuñez

Client Service Representative

Raquel is a client service representative who has significant experience in financial management and digital marketing within Latin America. Her well versed administrative management skills have enabled her to create ideal organisational structures which have positively impacted her work environment. Since 2018, Raquel has been involved in consulting, execution and the positioning of brands where she has used her skills to add value to clients.

As a native Spanish speaker, Raquel will work with the sales and marketing team of Mithril International and will focus on owner manager business to increase brand awareness and improve the networking within the Latin American markets.

Cassandra M. Lynch, Esq.

Cassandra M. Lynch, Esq.

Cassandra was admitted to practice in the State of North Dakota in 2014.  In addition to being an Attorney barred in the State of North Dakota, Cassandra is also qualified as an “Enrolled Agent” by the Internal Revenue Service.  As a federally-licensed tax practitioner she is authorized by the US Department of the Treasury and has the technical expertise in the field of taxation to represent taxpayers before all administrative levels – examination, collection and appeals – of the Internal Revenue Service.  Cassandra is 1 of only 48,000 Enrolled Agents in the United States.  Her understanding and know-how on a variety of tax controversy issues – liens and levies, audits, offer in compromises, installment agreements and payroll taxes – make her a valuable asset to our team.

She earned her Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law in 2012 and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and German from Seattle University in 2005. Cassandra is fluent in German and competent in Italian.

Cassandra’s practice focuses on International Taxation, US Trust Formation and Administration, Wealth Management, and Real Estate & Commercial Law.  Cassandra is a member of the following sections of the State Bar Association of North Dakota:  Real Property, Probate and Trust, and Taxation.

Cassandra worked with UHY (Barbados) SRL and then Mithril International SRL since 2014 as a contract attorney.  Cassandra gained experience in international tax planning and wealth management structures and arrangements.  For select Chinese clients, Cassandra teaches their children English remotely for some years now.  While at Seattle University School of Law, Cassandra focused her learning on Federal & International Taxation, International Business Transactions & Arbitration, Business Dispute Resolution, and Estate Planning.  In addition, Cassandra began her supervised practice of Trust & Estates as an intern with the Ronald A Peterson Law Clinic.  She also worked as a law clerk with The Spencer Law Group specializing in Business & Estate planning and Probate & Trusts.

When not devoting time to her clients, she enjoys spending her time in Italy, with her husband and young family exploring their passion for travel.  They spend their weekends skiing in the winter and sightseeing in the summer.
